Hello,

 

today i noticed that my Fitbit Inspire HR is not measuring heart rate. 

The LED is flickerring as it always been but the heart rate remains undetected. It only shows the two lines. I reset the tracker and charged it completly and still nothing.

can someone please help !

This has been happening to me too - the last recorded heart rate was April 27. I've checked out the help article, reset several times, changed the way I wear the tracker (loosened, tightened, wore on the inside of the wrist, changed arms), with no success.
