Hi,

 

Received my Inspire HR on Friday.  Heart rate didn't work.  Followed steps to clean which made it work for about 30 seconds and then it stopped and hasn't started again.  I got it for my daughter who needs this feature to work.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
