I thought my Fitbit Inspire was broken because it stopped showing me the green lights, and my sleep was not being tracked.

 

I bought a new one, and this one also is not showing the flashing green lights, or tracking my heart rate.

The sleep icon on the watch looks disabled. 

I bought this for my sleep so I want to make sure it is beinf monitored. Please help!

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such information was really helpful for other users that were experiencing the same uncommon behavior, most of the times is because the heart rate tracking feature of your device is disabled.
