hi i have just got my fitbit this evening I turned it on completed set up and all was working for 30mins then it stopped showing my heart rate. All it shows is a heart and two dashes. Tried resetting and still the same

My bpm is also gray. I reset, got the smiley face and bpm still gray.

Nm i figured out the problem. Accidentally turned off in settings on The wristband. Ima dork
