Inspire HR not tracking heartbeat or recording sleep data - no green light

I have tried everything from restarting, clearing data, cleaning the device, etc but my heart rate function is no longer working properly.  It has stopped tracking my sleep data and the green light no longer works.  Any advice?  The device is just over a year old.

Mine didn’t have track BR and HRV for past 2 nights too! I had this issue few months back as well…they took a few days to fix it. Now it seems to happen again

Following. I’m having the same issue. My Inspire also seems to be over counting my heart rate.
