Hello Everyone,
I've had two different Fitbit's now for over 3 years and this summer has been frustrating to have to keep syncing my device everyday, it's stopped recording my sleep for months now, and now this issue. I'm seriously thinking of going on a rant on YouTube to stop people from buying a Fitbit. I think I'm going to bite the bullet and get an Apple Watch, at least they take care of their customers. I just qualified for a cash settlement on a complaint against Apple, which they denied but are paying, for slowing down Apple iPhones in 2016-2017. At least Apple, if innocent, still is taking care of their customers!

@taaheetea2k Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not detecting your sleep nor syncing correctly. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Regarding the tracker about not syncing I suggest you try the following:
