Hi there!

my inspire HR over the last two weeks has stopped tracking my sleep and is showing inaccuracies of heart rate and active minutes. I have tried resetting multiple times with no change. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks!

@Ck1100 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

You don't specify what inaccuracies you are seeing regarding active minutes but these are granted for the most intense activity your tracker detects this won't equal the amount of time you do an exercise. For example if you go for a walk and do this for an hour but decide to actually jog or run for 20 minutes of that hour, your hour long activity will be detected but most likely will be awarded only 20 active minutes as these were the intense ones. You can read more about active minutes and how they are calculated here so you can compare it with your activity.

Hope this helps.
