Inspire HR not tracking sleep consistently.

Every 10 days or so, my Inspire HR does not report a sleep log. The rest of the time it works ok. This is not a battery issue, and it is not likely to be a wrist positioning issue, as I rarely take my Fitbit off. Any ideas?  All other stats reporting consistently.

Thanks for bringing this t our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if your Inspire HR is not tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? When was the first time you experienced this issue? If you haven't already done so, I suggest you to restart your device to refresh its performance and try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.

Hi Ricardo - I'm not sure exactly when this started - maybe 2 months ago?  I get no sleep information at all, not just sleep stages.  I have re-started my device (that's the first thing you do, right?), and I have always worn my FitBit on my non-dominant hand (including during the day, I do not swap it from hand to hand - no change there).

I also have inconsistent FITBIT recording of my sleep......I am up and down a lot...Can that affect it?
