Hi, hoping someone can help me please.
My Inspire HR is 8 weeks old and for the last week it is not recording sleep stages anymore. I am not wearing it differently, or sleeping differently, everything's still the same. I have the latest update for the app and tried a method I found on here which was to turn the heart rate off, restart turn on again and then set sleep to sensitive. Unfortunately that did not work, no restarts have worked either. My heart rate is recorded perfectly on the tracker for all other activities.
When I contacted support they said there is nothing they can do and sadly my money has been wasted buying this. Even though it was less than 2 months old when this happened.
Does anyone please please have any suggestions/troubleshooting I could try to get this working again? It was an expensive purchase for me and sleep tracking was one of the main things I bought it for 😔
