My Inspire HR is not accurately tracking my sleep. Sometimes it doesn't track it at all! I have tried resetting it a few times, but that has not worked. HELP, PLEASE! Thanks!

Nor is mine; the website indicates that sleep tracking is a function of movement and heart rate. My resting heart rate is typically low 60's, and I move hardly at all in my sleep; I suspect the outputs of these two parameters might prevent sleep monitoring.

I’ve tried all suggestions to correct this problem. None of them work.

My resting heart rate is in the low 60’s too. My Fitbit Inspire worked perfectly until 2 weeks ago. Then it stopped showing my sleep hours.

My heart rate is well below 60. Even tried shaving my wrist in response to
a previous post to become more feminine! It made no difference and the
sleep mode is still not working. Notts

I’ve figured out quite a few things about the inspire through my hard work and diligent efforts. Because I’ve received very little help from Fitbit and they have treated me so poorly I’ve decided not to do their work from them and share my insights. Sorry, I’m sure they’ll figure it all out eventually.  My advice to you is, if possible, to return the inspire. Good luck. BTW, my resting pulse is very low also, high 40’s low 50’s.

Nothing has been done to fix the issue around sleep or now noticing the battery fades fast. Inspire Hr is the worst Fitbit I have had by far and this is my 4th. There should be a recall on the product as there’s no reason for it it’s not new technology and they’ve done it right before. Also the screen function isn’t great. Not impressed at all.

Agree with you. They’ve made it clear they don’t care about customer satisfaction or selling good products, all they care about is getting your money. They have lost whatever good reputation they had.

I don’t get it- users are saying other Fitbit devices can track sleep accurately so why can’t the Inspire team solve this problem. Once again last night it had the wrong time I fell asleep and is missing big chunk of time when I know I wasn’t awake. Poor engineering and poor customer service. FB dominates this space but not for long at the rate theyre going.675C65BE-5E88-48B6-B65B-0F5D2F42DEE5.jpeg

My sleep cycle is being logged, although every once in a while it will loose
time when I know i am inbed. I go to breathing doctor next week and want
him to see my cycles. Ugh....i have not called fitbit. Mostly corrected
itself.

Hello,
I make sure it’s over 30% battery.
Advanced settings - sleep setting sensitive.
I let the Fitbit work out my sleep without telling it I’m going to bed.
Also make sure your receive sleep insights is set to on!
Good luck

Yep, done all that and lots more!

Different wrists, different tightness, upside down, deleted the app, deleted the Fitbit, updated, restarted, manually deleted sleep and re-instated it!!

Have tried all those suggestions thanks but still not working accurately

It’s a nightmare how glitchy they are!

I did delete my Fitbit account & started from scratch with the inspire hr.

Oh my gosh, this fixed it! I stopped getting sleep stages several days ago, and just checked and sure enough heart rate was off. I must have accidentally gone into settings and changed it without realizing it. It's so easy to end up on random function screens without trying.
