My Inspire HR is not accurately tracking my sleep. Sometimes it doesn't track it at all! I have tried resetting it a few times, but that has not worked. HELP, PLEASE! Thanks!

Hi there, I have the same problem with my inspire hr too, and I think this may help. After the first night with it, I went to check my sleep pattern in the Fitbit app, and did not see anything. However, after setting my wake-up and bedtime goal, the graph appeared pretty accurate. You may want to do so. Hope this can help

Glad that worked for you:)

I’ve had my goal times set from the beginning so unfortunately that isn’t the solution for me

Not yet, it is still not tracking the early three hours of sleep.

Same here- first couple of hours missing but then if you edit sleep log and put in your bed time it recalculates and even includes stages. It’s hard to believe FB engineers can’t resolve this tracking issue given the data is all there. Then again maybe the recalculation is in error.

They're pretty vague about what they monitor to track sleep; I'm not
surprised it's so unreliable.

I’m equally frustrated.  I had many problems at the beginning then got it working for 10 days.  Now for the past week it has not tracked my sleep stages again!!
