My Inspire HR is not accurately tracking my sleep. Sometimes it doesn't track it at all! I have tried resetting it a few times, but that has not worked. HELP, PLEASE! Thanks!

Putting the Inspire HR sleep setting on sensitive seems to have worked. It turns out that the app (which I almost never use) was tracking sleep the whole time. Now with the sleep tracking mode set to sensitive, the watch will display sleep as well.
Thanks to all who wrote, for me this matter is now closed.

Mine shows the Sam thing. Or its wat off. It says I woke up at 6a, but I woke up at 8. Very frustrating!!

No, the in spirit HR does not track correctly, at least not mine. And from what I read, several other people.

That's exactly what I do, and never tracked it accurately. At all. I have not had one day where it has been accurate. This is very frustrating.. This wasn't cheap and having issues like that is just insane!

I manually did mine for 2 nights and it’s all skewed!

Mine has the icon greyed out and has stopped tracking my sleep in depth like it used to. Tbh I only bought the inspire hr as I have sleep apnoea and wanted to track my quality of sleep. Although it is only a picture of my nights sleep the basic data is not what I purchased this for. When are we going to get what we paid for?

I would suggest calling Fitbit help and seeing if they could help. If not I would ask for a trade in for something that works the way it is supposed to. I was one step away from that but then the reset gave everything I needed.
I do know that the screen on my old Fitbit One grayed out and I had to check my phone app for everything. I think after a few years this happens.

Have you tried turning it around so it faces the inside of your wrist? And make sure you move it up so it's snug. Good luck,

You stated a link to manually do yourself that is not in operation!

I’m having the same trouble. I bought this (brand new) Inspire HR last week and have been using everyday. It tracked sleep only once properly. Second time around, it provided minimal data.. which I’ve decided to accept anyways since I didn’t sleep beyond 5 hours that particular night. But for the next 3 consecutive days, it wouldn’t track sleep at all although I’ve been sleeping just fine (at least 6-7 hours a night) I’m returning this.

My Inspire HR rarely tracks more than one hours sleep each night. I know I'm sleeping close to 8.
