My Inspire HR is not accurately tracking my sleep. Sometimes it doesn't track it at all! I have tried resetting it a few times, but that has not worked. HELP, PLEASE! Thanks!

My inspire HR tracked my sleep absolutely fine when I first got it but just this week it hasn’t tracked my sleep twice and has showed either limited data or complete incorrect sleep and wake times!

Still not working... what I have to do is if I get up in the middle of the night I sync my Fitbit and it reports that portion of sleep then automatically starts tracking again once I fall back asleep.
Usually all it tracks is part of my nights sleep or sometimes not at all.

I’ve been posting on this topic for a couple of weeks now. At first Matt (moderator from Fitbit?) would reply with suggestions however none of those actually worked and there has been no attempts to address the issue lately by Fitbit.
Very disappointing and I will settle on alternative products

I had seen nothing about addressing the sleep issues which is one of the top reasons I purchased the FitBit. I sent mine back and am very happy with the Garmin Vivosmart 4 which reliably tracks my sleep every night among other great features like Pulse OX during sleep and the stress and body battery monitors. I really liked the Inspire, how it looked and its features but it has to do what it claims it can do and it just did not.

I just looked up the vivosmart 4 and it looks good! Is it bigger /heavier on the wrist than the Inspire HR?

My inspire hr tracked sleep the first week I got it, it was working all right. But for the last 2 nights, it didn't detect any sleep, I'm sure I had at least 5 hours sleep each night, tried restart, didn't work.

Mine will track sleep and after re sync 5 times it downloads to iPhone but never ever to watch. Called customer service multiple ties but nothing they do helps. This is something that needs a tec update sent to all our watches so they get it to work. I just don't have 30-45 min to wait for cust service help and they never fix so.
This is a glitch which is deeper then are simple resync

No, its lighter/smaller then the Inspire. Closer to the FitBit Alta HR I’d say.

No unfortunately not. That is the reason why I skipped over it and purchased others initially. That is my only complaint about it. I was thinking of trying the Fitbit Charge 3 but it seems to have the same issues as the Inspire and the Charge 2 is lacking some of the features of the 3 so I decided to go with this one. Other Garmin’s straps can be replaced but they are too bulky/big for me personally. In the end I can live with it and will just wear jewelry around it to dress it up some. I found some earring cuffs to put on the band that look nice also.

Matt,
My Inspire HR is not working and I want to return/exchange it for a better device. I've had it for 3 weeks now and it just keeps messing up...records in segments throughout the night (if at all), bounces back and forth between detailed and non-detailed results display sometimes breaking down several sleep segments in a single night and displaying them differently, shows me sleeping when I am not, etc. Very frustrating. I'm going through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia right now and I really need accurate, reliable details of my nightly sleep sessions. I had hoped that the Inspire HR would work, but it is not, and to make things worse it is actually causing me to be frustrated and angry. How do I go about returning this and getting a FitBit that works?

Mine has multiple issues, have to charge every 48hrs, never records sleep on watch itself- called tec support multiple times and when I asked for a new Fitbit for this one I was put on hold 45 min and I had to leave. Our life shouldn't revolve on fighting our watches! Good luck!

Where did you purchase? You should be able to return within 30 days to most retailers.

@Lloyd2 checkout one of the Garmin trackers, I have found it tracks my sleep well where the Inspire did the same thing to me as you.

Same issue with Inspire HR not tracking sleep. I went to sleep at 11 pm and the log showed that sleep started at 2.30 am. My old tracker Misfit Ray is able to detect sleep well so I am disappointed with this product.

I had a misfit Ray also with no problem tracking sleep. They don’t make them anymore which I why I bought this Inspire HR. I’m frustrated and disappointed with this product

Did all of this still not tracking sleep stages. Did the very first night I had the Inspire but not since. It’s been two weeks

My one has never worked, my Fitbit Alta HR used to work.
I’ve contacted support on messenger and all they keep telling me is standard blurb about how it should work and not why mine has never worked.
Ive tried restarting it, wearing it loose, tight, deleting and re-adding sleep information, completely deleting and restoring it and nothing works!
