Inspire HR not tracking sleep

Inspire HR - out of the box, sleep tracking didn't work. Now nothing. I tried everything mentioned in these Forums.

- heart rate on

- correct placement and tightness

- not using app

Is there some other solution not mentioned on these Forums? If not, how do I return for refund?

Hi @markgrant I will flag your post for a moderators assistance. Returning for a refund depends on where and when you bought it. If from a store it depends on their returns policy. If from the Fitbit online store you have 45 days to return it for a refund. Otherwise the waranty conditions apply (Fitbit's Limited Waranty)

Hello @markgrant, nice to hear from you again. Thank you for all troubleshooting steps that you have already tried. We’re aware of this situation and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. In the meantime I suggest that you try the following:

 

- Restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

- Change device settings to "sensitive": What is the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting in the Fitbit app?

- You can also enter your sleep manually by following these steps: How do I edit my sleep history in the Fitbit app?
