My replacement HR is now not tracking sleep properly.
i get reports with incorrect sleep start times, short sleeps that are TV watching periods, short reports. Also getting an unable to synch message now and again.
Frustrating to have a second one now acting up.

@Vincent58 Welcome to the community! Sorry for the delay in my response.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not tracking sleep nor syncing some times. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Regarding the syncing issues, which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Please try these suggestions.
Let me know how it goes.
