I have owned my Inspire HR for 3 weeks. I have tried everything listed on every sleep issue post in this forum. The main reason I bought this device was sleep tracking. I have never been more disappointed in the purchase of a product of this type. Fitbit should not be able to claim a function that does not work.

Hi @RedDharma, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with the issue you're experiencing, can you please let me know if your device is not tracking sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try restart your device and wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.
Let me know if the issue persists.

Hi Ricardo,
On average my Fitbit logs less than 3 hours of sleep per night of my 8 to 9 hours of sleep. It has done this since it was new. I've restarted the device several times and always wear it on my non dominate hand. I've even tried it on my dominate hand just for test purposes. I get that it's not a perfect science, but when I go to sleep at 10pm (verified by my wife) and it says I started sleeping at 5am when I check it in the morning it's disappointing.
Thank you for your response.
