So I initially came to the community to find out why it hadn't synced a 4hr bike ride on Saturday but had my heart rate and everything else. Did the Uninstaller and all the other garbage to get it working so was gonna call the UK chat on Monday then forgot. Woke this morning to find sleep data of yesterday now showing as it couldn't read???
Is my fit bit slowly dying?

Mine hasn’t tracked sleep for the last 3 nights. I tried restarting but it hasn’t helped.

Did you try syncing it again? I've found that my fitbit no longer autosyncs. However, when it gives me weird sleep readings such as two 2.5 hour logs, I can manually re-enter my beginning and end sleep time, and then sync it again, and my sleep log will show up.

I’ve tried syncing several times. I manually entered my sleep time and that seemed to work. I hope the readings are accurate, I’m a little skeptical.

Hi, so i called fitbit and they took me through the sync process again. Was told to monitor it for a while and was given a case ref number to call back on if I still experience problems. Sorry I did also make a mistake in reading my sleep data. I forgot I was dozing during the afternoon and it was looking at the afternoon instead of the morning reading. I will definitely try adding my sleep time if it happens again. I don't use the sleep time to track my sleep as this is no way reflects how I wake in the morning. It's the amount of REM and deep sleep I get which I would say was a good reflection on the quality of sleep i've just had.
Thank you all for your responses.
