My inspire shows 0 for everything 

Not recording what can I do

Hi @beisenherman, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If your device isn't tracking your stats as it should, please follow the next steps to perform a restart process and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

That was great information that I will hold on to. But I think the FitBit does not withstand the test of time.  After wearing and using 365 days it seems that the Inspire just does not hold its functions very well.  No, I am not in the position to just get another one.  They just don't make things to last. Sadly, we are living in a disposable world.
