Inspire HR not turning on after swimming

Hey all

I wonder if anyone can help! I’ve had my Inspire HR for a few months and used it for the first time swimming yesterday after much debate and googling that I could indeed track swimming! Alas it had a couple of random flashes of various screens displayed the battery sign and then died. I’ve tried plugging it in to the charger and it’s not doing anything at all? Does anyone have any ideas?

I just used mine to swim and I'm in the same boat - I tried contacting service, but nothing is working. I did the hard reset, I get a smilie face then nothing.
I can see the back has the green lights on, and it vibrates and the phone app says it's at 97% charged.. but NO display.
I have reset it 15 times now, then did a tapping thing I saw on you tube, and plugged it into various outlets around the house and reset it to smilie face and STILL nothing.
This is my third Fitbit and I'm getting frustrated. I don't even think I've had this one very long 😞 
I really really want a tracker that can do it all but seems like this one just can't.

There is no answer except the bin it seems. I've given up and bought a
different make. Advertising as waterproof when they are obviously not is
dishonest.

Hi I am new to this service. Again, went swimming with my Fit Bit Inspire HR and its stopped working and will not restart. Also, cant seem to get trough on the customer  call page I am in Ireland. What can I do?

There is a youtube video about restarting it and changing the clock face, then tapping it several times and some people get it to work.
