I went to the beach and was in water for a little while and noticed my Fitbit wasn't showing time. I have since charged it overnight, cleaned and charged again for several hours, and attempted resetting my device and nothing is working. Anything else I can do? Missing my device already. I just bought earlier this year.

Hi. This exact problem has happened with my HR Inspire and I have also tried charging it and cleaning it. It is now 6 days since I went swimming and still not charging. Could I please have my case forwarded to the support team too?

Hi this has happened to me too. Went swimming briefly on holiday last week in the sea. Since then my Fitbit Inspire has died. I have followed the restart instructions as posted on this forum but nothing. I thought it was supposed to be water resistant to 50ms??!
