My 3 month old Fitbit recently began losing time, I found myself having to re sync it with my phone multiple times a day. Since this past weekend, the battery drains within a couple hours. Now it’s on my charger and I’ve tried holding the button down 10 seconds and all it does is smile at me then shut off even though the battery is full. Not sure what to do now
