Inspire HR not turning on

I purchased my Fitbit HR in June 2019 and it has been working fine until the last 3 days.  It began by saying the battery was low and needed  charging only a few hours after it had been fully charged. Each time I charged fully and restarted the fitbit. After it not holding charge, the display then began to become intermittent.  Yesterday it stopped working entirely, I have no display even when holding down the restart button. Also now the heart monitor lights at the back of the device are also not working anymore. Is there anything I can do?

Hi Ricardo, 

 

Thanks for your help I have tried all the suggestions in the article provided that are applicable and unfortunately it is still not working and I am unable to use it at all. 

 

I am unsure what else to do. Thanks in advance for your help
