Hi @Paleep07, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

This also happened to me too. It stooped working yesterday morning. I had my battery around 50% when I fell asleep and I woke up tp it being dead. I charged it and it turned on for a moment and it suddenly froze and shut off. Ive left it plugged onto the charger all day and it still wont turn on or do anything.

Welcome aboard @George0us and thanks for your reply @Paleep07.

@George0us I appreciate the information that was shared with me. Before we can move forward, I'd like to confirm if you already tried the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post? I'll be waiting for your reply.

@Paleep07 Thanks for your updates, I'm sorry to know that the issue wasn't completely resolved. Can you please let me know if your device vibrates when you connected it into the charging cable or is it unresponsive? This way we will be able to determine if the battery is not working or if the issue is with the display that's malfunctioning.

Looking forward to your replies.

:(. I am experiencing the same problem. My Inspire HR will not turn. I have tried everything: holding button for 5 seconds while on charger, cleaning contacts with alcohol, tried to change clock face. Nothing is working. It is dead. Are there any new suggestions? I really liked my Inspire given the fact that I have never worn a watch before because I don’t like anything on my wrists.

Alright so after i posted my first comment I read your article and I left my inspire hr charging for 30. After an hour or so I held the power button (while still charging) and after like 8 to 10 seconds of holding it the smiley face came on. Just as it quickly appears it disappears just as fast and nothing happens. I tried doing this without it being on the charger and the smiley face doesnt appear BUT the green light from the sensor on the back flashes fast. I went on to my app to see if anything would show and it says theres an update. I try to update but it fails after a couple of seconds of loading. I dont know what else to do.

Alright I just tried it again and in the app it told me to pair it with the bluetooth so I did it thinki it wont connect since it was dead but it actually paired and so I went to update it and now theres a line on the fit bit screen and the update pop up on the app disappeared. So its safe to say that its possibly working again??? I dont know ill check back in again in a bit to post my progress

I have been swimming a lot and at first, the screen just quit scrolling and now it does not turn on or charge. The green lights on the back do not turn on. I tried the reset thing, cleaning it. Letting it set both on and off the charger and nothing seems to be turning on. No smiley face or even a slight vibration. I have only had the Fitbit Inspire HR for about 7 months. I am leary of just buying a new one if it will only last 7 months. I researched first to make sure it can be in a pool and it said I can swim with it on. Its a 5-foot deep pool and I was in it about 1-2 hours a day for a week, it stopped working after the 3 days.

I am having the same problem as above.  My Fitbit inspire was fully charged and then just turned off randomly when I was checking the time and now it won't turn back on.  I tried as many troubleshooting items as possible and it still won't do anything.  What should I do?  I have this less than a year so I am pretty frustrated.
