Inspire HR not turning on

I’ve had my FitBit Inspire HR for around 6 months and I took it off for a moment and put it in a safe place and ten minutes later went back to it and the green light wasn’t flashing and it wouldn’t respond. I have tried to charge it in many different ports as well as clean it however it is still completely black and won’t connect to my phone, and ideas?
