Inspire HR not turning on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my Inspire HR since April 2019. As of this week, it will not power on nor is the green light showing on the underside. I have tried many times to reset it per the instructions and nothing happens. My problems started about 2 weeks ago when I noticed it was loosing charge in less than 24 hrs and even noticed the time was incorrect on a few occasions. I also began to have syncing issues, the app now shows 'looking' for device and shows 88% on battery. .

Hi @fit3407, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To resolve this issue and just if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

I'll be here if further assistance is needed.

Hello, the links you provided do not help my situation. I already mentioned per the app device was charged. But I have a non responsive screen (all black) and I have already tried the restart the device many times and still no response.

I am having the same issue.  I have had my inspire HR since January 2020. Everything was working fine.  Three days ago I noticed that the time was slower than the actual time.  I fixed this by syncing with the app.  Yesterday it just went to a black screen.  I was able to reset it and it showed it was charged at 60%.   I checked back and it charged to 66% then went black again.  I can not reset it, charge it, or do anything with it because it stays black.  The app just shows that it is looking for it but can not find it.  Please help with a solution or instructions on how to send it back for repairs/replacement.  Thank you.

I have been a bit busy but still have not gotten any helpful replies from
the community or Fitbit employee. Today I finally called customer support
and hopefully will have a resolution or a warranty replacement done in the
next few days. Was your problem resolved?
