Hi - any clue why my Fitbit Inspire HR bought in Jun 2020 stopped turning on? It was showing an incorrect time at first. Then I charged it. It's completely dead even after charging. Does not respond to the charger when I attached it. Won't turn on when I pressed and held on the button after 5 secs. I tried to google and read some articles. Not able to find a solution for this so far.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi Ricardo,
It is completely dead, unresponsive. I had tried to restart and read quite a lot of articles & tried them - nothing worked.
