I just bought a new fitbit HR and it's not turning on... But I can see the smiley face while charging except that nothing on the screen, I'm not able to pair with the fitbit app too... What's wrong with the item... Do I need to proceed to return or exchange .

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive only showing the smiley face? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

No ...even the heart rate sensors are not flashing and even the 🧲 battery charger also not flashing any light... I spoke with help line and processing for a return.. I need to know whether i can return the battery too for a return ?
