Inspire HR not turning on

My Fitbit Inspire HR will not turn on. I’ve tried plugging it in, restarting it, etc. but it still won’t vibrate and the screen won’t turn on. How do I fix this?

I have same issue and tried a new charger, still won't power on.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this turning on issue. Have you tried to change your clock faces? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the steps in the article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.

How does changing the face help when it wont' even turn on?

Cant try changing the clock face, cant get screen to turn on at all,  screen is totally black??
