Hi,
Yesterday my inspire hr was displaying a screen saying 'error with clock face,please rest on fitbit app' I tried to do this but app seems to have got stuck and failed to install a new clock face. I tried to rest my watch but it reset it to jan 1st with the same error message.
I have since reistalled the app on my android phone and removed my device from the app. I have tried to reconnect my watch back onto the app but now i have a blank screen on the watch even when connected to the charger. I have held down the button for 5 secs + but not getting any response from my watch.
