I am due for a device update and I have tried all recommendations:
-attempt from different device
-attempting from laptop
-restarting phone
My FitBit will only update to a bit beyond the halfway mark, but no further.
Please help-I’ve tried at least 10 times and have waited more than four hours on some occasions, only for it not to complete.

Hi @DomiFit5, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't finish the firmware update. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Finally, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
