I bought my first Fitbit in January 20th, the first one didn’t work properly, it seemed like the box had been opened when I got it home after purchasing at Target. Fitbit sent me what I assume was a new on (they would not confirm that it wasn’t refurbished) I followed their instructions to a T! Forgot the first devise, removed it from Bluetooth and kept it far away from the new one to set up.
now this one is not working either, it is not providing the reminder to move 250 steps at 10 to the hour.
keep in mind this is a large reason why I purchased this.
after another 40 minutes on the phone with customer service which was not helpful at all, they are “escalating” the ticket as they claim this is a known problem. I asked when they anticipated it getting fixed with an update and they couldn’t give me a time frame. This is ridiculous, I have no idea how long this one won’t work for before they come up with an update, additionally I asked how I’d be notified that there was an update and they said open the app and you’ll find a banner.
this is the worst customer service! How do you sell a product with a known defect and not provide people with either a new one or a refund or at least a timeline as to when it will be fixed.
In 2 weeks I’ve had two devices and neither worked properly.
additionally, anyone else having this reminder issue? I also looked for a way to increase the intensity of the vibration and to no avail.

@claiello Welcome! It's great to see you around!
Sorry to hear that you aren't getting your reminders to move. Have none of the reminders worked at all or does this varies. Check that your tracker isn't in the do not disturb mode (long press the button). Also note that your tracker will not show a reminder to move if you have already walked over 250 steps on that hour.
Regarding the vibration intensity, this can't be changed but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
Let me know how it goes.
