Inspire HR not working after firmware update

Hello. I’ve had my HR Inspire since early last May. It has worked great until yesterday afternoon. My phone app told me the device needed an update, and I clicked to start it, and since then it has been only briefly operational. It was half charged at the start of the update. I tried restarting, kept it on the charger for most of yesterday, and it worked for a few hours last night -it was showing 100% charge at that time. It was dead again this morning, and then I put it on the charger again today, and so far it has not turned on or connected with my app, despite multiple tries to restart and sync. I’m not sure what else to try.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the tracker worked after the update we can discard an incomplete firmware update but it could be a battery or display issue so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.

Did everything suggested and it still will not charge.
