Device won't charge, won't reset, nothing. I cleaned the device and charger, have left it plugged in and still nothing. I have tried to change clock faces as this seems to have worked for other users but app won't let me, states device not found. If it's supposed to be safe for swimming I don't understand why it's basically dead now. Help!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Do you see any condensation or water droplets inside the device?
