Over the past few days, I’ve noticed that I’m unable to read the screen on my Inspire HR while outside. It is very dim while inside as well, and seems to be getting worse. I’ve tried rebooting, but with no success. If I look closely, I also notice horizontal lines across the screen that break up the picture/text displayed.

This is also happening to my Fitbit inspire and over the last few days it’s got worse and now I can’t see the screen at the top as most of the screen lines have faded completely. For example it’s hard to work out if it’s a 6 or an 8. I’ve had the device just short of a year. I’ve sent a message to customer support via Twitter but I’ve not heard anything yet. Did you get it resolved?

I have the exact same issues and also just started. I contacted support and they said I’m outside my warranty and just offered 35% off my next fitbit. Seems fishy that this is starting for multiple users.

Thankfully I was just within the warranty and I am being offered a replacement (not arrived yet), which makes me think there is a recognised fault with the product. If that’s the case it seems harsh that they wouldn’t replace them regardless of the warranty. 🤷:female_sign:

I've never had so much trouble with any watch , tracker as I did with this Inspire HR , I had 2 go black...took forever to replace. So I get a "NEW" replacement back in Dec. 2020. It recently stopped my messages, & my screen won't swipe. It stays lit all the time so the battery runs down. THEY say my warranty goes back to my OLD fitbit that died 2 years ago . NOT when they sent me a 3rd replacement.
OH so it should only last 3 months???
I can't believe the service in here. THE INSPIRE HR has been a total problem ever since it came out. TOTAL JUNK...OH I did get the same 35% off offer...UH NO THANKS....for another piece of crap that won't work longer than 3 months? I think I was sent a renewed fitbit.
