Inspire HR not working

This morning I woke up and my Fitbit was displaying the Fitbit symbol and 001. I tried restarting, but it wouldn't do anything. About an hour later it just went black. I tried again to restart, and it showed a smiley face but went black again. It's not doing anything now... is this because of the update? How do I fix this?

Edit: I think my Fitbit is the Inspire HR, not Inspire 2 as I originally thought.

Hi @Wolthyme I have moved your post to the Inspire HR forum. As you have tried restarting and that didn't fix the issue, you will need to contact Customer Support
