Inspire HR notifications and active minutes issues

It has been so long since I’m able to get text messages to show up on my Fitbit which is one of the main reasons I upgraded to this version and each time I call they tell me to update everything and I’m no dummy, I’ve deleted, removed Fitbit , started phone up again all of that to avoid the basic troubleshooting routes. Now my active minutes keep showing up as zero and I’m so pissed!

My active minutes also haven't been showing up, and when I check my workouts in the app it shows that my heart rate was in the active long enough that it should have logged them, but my active minutes are still stuck at 0, which is very frustrating.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the issues you have been experiencing with your trackers. Regarding the active minutes, I recommend restarting the units by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
