Inspire HR notifications not working on iPhone 7

Every time I get on the Fitbit app on my iPhone7+ and tap the notifications button it says Bluetooth needs to be paired and then loads forever and doesn’t work. My Bluetooth was paired though on my settings app

@vanloon, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR notifications. Try clearing the bluetooth connection between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

However, when I did a reboot it did sync but no sign of Bluetooth working. How does that happen?
