Inspire HR notifies me about bedtime in the afternoon

  • My Inspire HR just told me it's time to rest and prepare for bed...it's only 3pm. The clock is the right time. I'm confused. But an early bedtime does sound restful!

Hello there @July4lvr, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. 

We are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Inspire HR. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

In the meantime, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire HR and taking a look at the help article: How do I set a bedtime reminder in the Fitbit app? to make sure it was set correctly.

my fitbit is logging my sleep wrong every night. It’s five hours off! Last night it says I went to sleep at 5:30pm and woke up at 1:30am! But everything else is working time wise. During the day it tracks my 250 steps on the hour as it should. The sleep portion is all messed up though and it’s been happening for weeks. I’ve tried to chat four times with customer service and get disconnected without a response every time 😡
