Inspire HR on the fritz

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My inspire HR has gone crazy. I’ve tried the restart several times. I will get the smiley face but my Fitbit will show the time and then go black and then show the time and go black again over and over and will not allow me to do anything with it. It will not sync. I’ve tried deleting from Bluetooth and reconnecting. The app will sometimes say it cannot be found and sometimes says it can be found but never completes syncing. Then the 001 and Fitbit logo show up. Then another smiley face. I’ve owned this one for just over 13 months. Same exact thing happened to my Alta I had previously around the same amount of time of owning it. What the what Fitbit??

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, no one has been able to give me any answers. After walking me through the same steps I’ve already taken and about 30 minutes on the phone, I was left with “try again later.”  That’s it. They obviously also believe it’s a problem with my phone or internet connection instead of a problem with the Fitbit. It’s not. It’s super frustrating for this to happen over and over again each time I buy a new fitbit.
