Inspire HR only displays clock and battery percentage

For the last few days my Inspire HR has been displaying only the clock and the battery percentage (when the button is long pressed). It no longer gives me access to settings nor the other excersise recording options, and I am not receiving any notifications. I have tried restarting it, which has worked before, but it no longer restarts. I have let it drained its battery completely and restarted it and it does not resolve the issue. I have had this fitbit for only 4 months and it's already malfunctioning.
