For a couple of weeks now, my Inspire HR only shows notifications when I actually interact with my phone and start up the FitBit app. Resetting the device, my phone, uninstalling the app... Nothing has fixed it. I even just switched to a new Google Pixel 4a and the issue still arises. The device is listed on paired devices, but it seems to only sync when I have the app open/am active on my phone, which defeats the purpose of having the notifications.

@cnto294 Thanks for joining us!
Thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This sounds as if your phone's battery saving feature is preventing the Fitbit app from working in the background when the phone is locked. Please check these settings on your phone and add the Fitbit app to the exceptions list.
Hope this helps.
