I have had the Inspire HR for about 14 months. In the last 20 days, except for 3 days, it only recorded simplified sleep details. I have been on chat with Fitbit support several times and here are the steps I've taken to try to fix it:
None has fixed the issue. It isn't clear why those 3 days recorded the Sleep Stages either. Fitbit support says they have to "escalate the issue to a higher level team" three times, but no one has gotten back to me. Does anyone have the same experience and/or solution?
