My fit bit Inspire HR won't turn on. It has black screen and vibrates about every 10 seconds. I plugged it in to charge for 2hrs. I don't get a battery icon or anything. I tried to reset it while plugged in. I did get a smile face show up on screen then disappears but still won't turn on. It still pulses about every 10 seconds. I'm at a loss.

I contacted customer service. They walked me through the rest process, but my device still wouldn't turn on. My device was still in warranty so they are sending me a replacement device. Hope this helps.

This is happening to me, too! I’ve only had this for about 2-3 weeks now.

I contacted customer support and after trouble shooting a few things it was
decided the device was defective and I had to ship it back. Once they
receive it they will ship me a new one. Frustrating as I will be without a
Fitbit for well over a week!

Hi there 🙂
I had the same issue and tried everything, but nothing worked until I went on the FitBit App on my phone and changed the watch's display (from showing all the stats to showing only time).
Hope this helps, if someone else has the same problem!

Thanks Jogger. I ended up returning my fit-bit for an exchange as it was deemed faulty. So far, the replacement is doing everything it should 🙂

I too received a replacement and so far it has been working fine. If it
happens again, I'll keep the other suggestion in mind. Thank you!

I'm having the same issue. My watch screen is totally blank the Fitbit itself works, I just can't see it on my watch. How do I "turn it on"?

I was having the same issue but changing the clock screen triggered an update and seemed to fix it. Thank you!
