My fit bit Inspire HR won't turn on. It has black screen and vibrates about every 10 seconds.  I plugged it in to charge for 2hrs. I don't get a battery icon or anything. I tried to reset it while plugged in. I did get a smile face show up on screen then disappears but still won't turn on. It still pulses about every 10 seconds. I'm at a loss.

I contacted them through the Fitbit.com website via the online chat.  You might first have to look for the Support section, find your product, and eventually there should be an option for Live Chat.  Mine had gone blank numerous times and I contacted them when it wouldn't wake up anymore. They ended up sending me a replacement.
