Hi two days ago my Fitbit Started only displaying the time screen. You couldn’t flick up to exercise or down to steps. The battery amount displayed when the button was held in though. Yesterday I changed the clock face multiple times In the app and reset it multiple times.
Today, after no change, I switched my Bluetooth on and off and deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled it. Now the HR won’t pair with the app. I’m typing in the 4 digit code correctly and it displays a cross in a circle and provides a new code. I’ve tried this 10+ times and it won’t accept it’s the right code. So now it won’t sync...
Any ideas?

Hi, I’ve spoken to support on chat and they tried a number of restarts (the app, my Bluetooth, my phone) and none worked. So I have to post mine back To them in the Netherlands for a replacement...!
