Inspire HR only turns on when charging

Hey, my inspire hr wont work unless it is attached to charger. No green light, nothing. I've tried the reset, changing my clock face. Please help!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it works after unplugging it from the charger.

Still doesn't work. Battery is at 100%. Display and everything works when it's on charger as soon as I disconnect from charger it won't work
