I started using a FItBit One in Sept 2013. Just last year, I changed to a FitBit Inspire HR. My profile is correct in terms of birthdate, height and weight. I wear my FitBit on my non-dominant wrist. I often walk outdoors, and have been doing so for a long time ... as in years ... often walking the same distance and path. The FitBit One was always right on the money for accuracy; however the FitBit Inspire HR ALWAYS overstates distance and understates time ... sometimes by a large %. For example, I just completed a 2.3mi walk that I have done many many times. The Inspire HR recorded that I walked 3.09mi @ a 12'30" pace. I know that I walk a 16-17 min pace when walking alone; and an 18-19 min pace when walking with my husband. What can be done to correct the accuracy? I'm quite frustrated and am wondering if the Inspire HR overstates distance and understates time in daily use.

@NEOhFitOneUserM Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your distance and pace calculation. I guess the pace is affected due to the long distance detected during the activity so we will need to concentrate in improving the distance calculation. Remember that your device will detect the movement on your arm and translate that movement into steps. There are situations in which your arm may move but you won't be actually walking. For example, this may happen when you are playing the drums, burping a baby or clapping. It can also happen while driving. You can negate these steps by logging a driving activity. You can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand but select that hand as dominant on the device’s settings to make it less sensitive to movement. Additionally you can manually enter your Stride length as this will help improve the accuracy on your device.
Let me know how it goes.

An observation:
I decided to turn off Location Services for FitBit on my phone. On a recent walk, the pace and distance were very close to what they always were when using my FitBit One. So, perhaps this is an answer for those using a FitBit Inspire HR and an iPhone running iOs 13 ... time will tell.
