Hi! I'm new to tracking runs with my fitbit, but I think I'm missing something with the pace numbers.
I ran/walked 2.42 miles in 32 minutes (tracked with GPS). For pace, it says low pace 130'48", high pace 17'03" and average 13'17". How can my average be better than my best pace? How is my low pace 130 minutes when my splits are between 12-14 minutes per mile?
Do I need to adjust something? Thanks for any info!

@cfrantz222 It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with the pace numbers you are seeing for your activity. This does seem incorrect. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. It could help if you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker to help it better detect the GPS signal from your phone. You can try the following:
Also try recording a few more walks/runs to see if the issue persists.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you so much for responding! I have tried unpairing the device and repairing, restarting both my phone and the Fitbit, and the pacing problem persists. So far I have tracked 6 runs and for each one the low pace is over 150, the high pace is around 16 or 17 and the average is around 13 or 14. I'm frustrated with the inaccuracy but I can survive without pace information. Thanks for trying!

Just finished a walk with my charge 3 and had a low pace of 139'14", high pace of 16'59", and avg pace of 13'35". This makes no sense, but it is similar to every walk I've tracked.
