Twice now, my Fitbit has correctly recorded and logged a run and then when I have checked a couple of hours later some of it is missing. Eg, today I ran for 1hr 12mins. Showed all data correctly. Looked later and it only showed the last 25mins.

Let me help you with your missing workout data. This is odd. Are you using the Connected GPS feature when tracking your exercises? Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Also log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

This happened to me, too. I tried everything CS suggested but nothing worked. Mine was under warranty so they replaced it.
