Inspire HR picks up my badges but not my trophies

Hi, my inspire HR seems to pick up my badges but not my trophies. I reach my goal everyday, I work hard for it and never see my goal achievement in my trophy section. Please help.

thanks Odyssey,  I tried to go to that page and when I go to my trophies, I see one workday challenge and no daily goals met, just a question mark. My old watch always recorded them. Thanks.

@Dale1961 I understand how important these achievements are for you and I'm sorry the trophies aren't appearing correctly. Thanks for checking the website and to look into this may I know the model and OS version of your phone? Also, if possible take a screenshot of what it's displayed on the Fitbit app or website, and attach it to your reply. These details will help me to further investigate.

In the meantime, let's try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, log back into your account and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Check if your badges and trophies appear correctly this time.

@Dale1961   I apologize if I am misreading your statement.  The Goal Day section in the trophies is specific to a Goal Day Challenge, not your general, every day step goal.  If you are participating in a Goal Day Challenge, I remember reading that there is a bug in the Android app for this trophy.  If you are referring to your daily step goal and haven't participated in a Goal Day Challenge, then this explains the question mark. 

I also know that there is a bug in the Workweek Hustle Personal Best (all users).  It says that my personal best was in 2019.
